Production Started New Bmw 5 Series Launch Month

BMW said that the brand-new 5 Series will go on sale on June 29, 2017. Since that date is coming up quickly, BMW India has begun making the car at its plant in Chennai. Since this is a completely knocked-down (CKD) import car, the assembly line will only be used to put together CKD parts. All over the country, dealers are taking orders for the new BMW 5 Series. One can get their name on the list for a small fee of Rs 2 lakh.

Dr. Jochen Stallkamp, the managing director of BMW Plant Chennai, said, "For the last ten years, BMW Plant Chennai has been proud to make cars that meet the same international quality standards as any other BMW Group production or assembly plant in the world." Today, BMW Plant Chennai is proud to start making the all-new 5 Series, which has the highest quality standards, the best craftsmanship, and the most advanced engineering. We are sure that the brand-new BMW 5 Series made in Chennai will give us even more momentum in the luxury car market in India.

New Bmw 5 Series

The new 5 Series looks like a smaller version of the 7 Series. Some people will have trouble choosing between the 5 Series and the 7 Series. The car's chassis has been changed a lot, so the changes aren't just on the outside. It now uses materials like high-strength steel and metals like aluminium and magnesium. The car's size has grown to give its passengers more room, but despite this, it weighs 100 kg less than its predecessor.

The seventh-generation 5 Series has a similar interior to the 7-Series. It has gesture control, iDrive 6.0, voice control, a heads-up display, and new multi-contour massage seats. The company also says that the cabin is quieter than ever because they used a lot of materials that block out noise. The car will also have an optional Harman Kardon 600-watt sound system with 16 speakers for people who like to listen to music. The seventh generation of the BMW 5 Series was shown off for the first time last year.
